Bellevue Family Success Center

The Bellevue Family Success Center at Community of Hope is your neighborhood’s one-stop hub for support, where our dedicated team specializes in connecting families experiencing challenges to community and government resources, offering a range of support, services, and resources for all DC residents.

Women, Infants, and Children

Healthy food is an important part of growing healthy babies and WIC is here to help! WIC is the federally-funded Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children. WIC helps families by providing nutrition education, increasing access to healthy foods, and making referrals to healthcare and community services.

Pregnant & New Families

Community of Hope is committed to supporting young families and parents-to-be to make sure moms and babies get a healthy start. Our caring team provides a comprehensive approach to starts before the baby arrives and continues through life with primary care.

Prescriptions with Care

Three years ago, Community of Hope opened our first in-house pharmacy — making it easier for patients to get the medications they need without additional barriers. Since then, the pharmacy has become a trusted part of care, offering convenience, savings, and a team that treats every patient with individualized support.
